MOVE TO HEALTH
Move to Health is a groundbreaking dance programme for adults aged 60+. Fully funded and free to attend, our classes take place throughout the week in sheltered housing, care homes and community centres.
Blending evidence-based exercise with the energy and creativity of dance, the programme supports strength, mobility and wellbeing. Participants can choose from a variety of dance styles and class formats, including seated, seated-to-standing and fully active sessions ensuring movement is accessible, enjoyable and tailored to every ability.

Keep Fit

Seated Yoga

A supportive yoga class designed for those with limited mobility. Enjoy gentle stretches, breathing exercises and relaxation while seated or standing with support.
