Unwind and reset with this gentle yoga practice designed to release tension and restore calm.

A supportive yoga class for those with limited mobility, combining gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and relaxation while seated or standing with support.

Designed for older children, this high-energy class builds strength, coordination, and confidence. Students learn key skills such as handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and balances, progressing towards more advanced sequences.

A fun, high-energy introduction to Street Dance and K-Pop. Through playful routines, games, and simple choreography, students develop rhythm, coordination, and musicality while building confidence.

A dynamic class combining Street Dance and K-Pop choreography. Students develop technique, performance skills, and teamwork, improving stamina, coordination, and confidence.
