DanceWest collaborated with Hammersmith & Fulham council to provide a series of workshops for children in care this summer holiday! Pure joy!

DanceWest produced a series of workshops for Action on Disabilty’s summer school! The programme worked towards a special performance for family and friends!
Tuesday 8th August
On Monday 7th and Tuesday 8th of August DanceWest worked with dancers from Beijing. The young dancers in training took part in taster workshops and activities!

On 19-20 May DanceWest produced a platform for established artists at the Lyric Theatre Hammersmith.
As a way of reigniting our dance festival, DanceWest Fest. Supported by Arts Council England and attended by 374 people, we presented new choreography by Lea Anderson, Jamaal Burkmar, Gerrard Martin and James Wilton.
These talented artists pushed boundaries, blending different styles and captivated our audiences with their innovative performances. Next up we move to the Rose Theatre in Kingston where we have produced two large scale platforms. Opening the platforms are two emerging artists and taking part are 340 community dancers aged 5-85 years. Read more here

Free Holiday Club! Exclusively for children 4-11 years receiving free school meals or families receiving Universal Credit who live in Hammersmith & Fulham.
Take part in a festive programme of dance activities, workshops led by our award winning team of teachers and special guest choreographers.
A hot lunch will be provided each day. Parents and carers can sign up for an entire week or day by day. Limited places available. more here
