Open Ballroom and Latin classes are open to all adults, with no age limit.

Our Ballroom and Latin classes are open to all adults, with no age limit. Whether you are taking your very first steps or building on existing skills, you will enjoy clear, practical instruction in a warm and welcoming environment.

Each session is split into two: 30 minutes Latin, 30 minutes Ballroom. Across the term you will experience the flavour and character of ten competitive styles – from the elegance of the Waltz, Tango and Foxtrot to the vibrant energy of Jive, Rumba and beyond. There is also the opportunity to explore the expressive power of Argentine movement and the playful swing of Latin rhythms.

Every week, participants learn two fresh routines, developing technique, musicality and the joy of performance, while gaining confidence and freedom of movement.

Classes begin on Saturday 27 September 2025, 12:00–13:00.
