DanceWest’s contemporary dance company where adults come together to explore movement as an artform.
Our weekly sessions go beyond technique, offering space to experiment with choreographic ideas, develop creative expression and shape original work in collaboration with others.
Led by experienced practitioners, each class nurtures curiosity, imagination and confidence, while also strengthening the body and refining movement skills. Participants are encouraged to push boundaries, discover their unique artistic voice and contribute to the creation of bold, contemporary choreography.

Prices: Trial & Drop in class - £10.00/ Full 10 week block (60+) - £80.00
Footwear: Please bring shoes/trainers that are comfortable to move in. Some classes such as heels and tap might require to bring appropriate footwear.
Comfortable clothing: For our dance classes, we encourage everyone to wear what they feel the most comfortable to move in. We have changing rooms and showers on location.
Water bottle: It's important to stay hydrated during your classes so make sure you bring your water bottle. We have multiple water points in the building where you can have a refill. In case you'd forget, you can purchase water bottle
