Adult Classes at the DanceWest Studio

Ignite your mornings and conquer your day! Unleash your potential with our exhilarating pre-work workouts Monday to Thursday. Fuel your body and mind with a diverse selection of invigorating options including Pilates and Yoga all available during our energising morning sessions. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or a beginner, there's a perfect fit for everyone.

Summer dates: Monday 22nd April- Monday 22nd July 2024.

Bank Holiday and Half Term: Classes will not run on Monday 6th May and from Monday 27th - Thursday 30th May.

Price plans and packages 

  • 1 drop in class - £20.00 valid for any class up to 6 months 

  • 12 class bundle - £180 (£15 per) valid for any classes for up to 6 months 

  • 6 class bundle - £108 (£18 per) valid for any classes for up to 6 months. 

  • Adult’s 60+ participants are eligible for a 20% discount on all class passes

Terms and conditions for booking 

  • Classes must be booked 24 hours in advance using our online booking system only. 

  • Our programme operates April-July and Sept-Dec & Jan-March. 

  • All classes are non-profit making, DanceWest registered charity supporting the community to be healthy and happy by participating in dance, health and wellbeing programmes.

Monday Pilates (8.30-9.30am)

Strengthen your core, enhance flexibility, and attain optimal body alignment through our invigorating Pilates sessions. Led by seasoned certified instructors, these classes offer a harmonious blend of exercises that concentrate on control, precision, and graceful movement.

Meet the teacher: Leading the Monday Pilates is Allison Mun-Gave. She is a fully qualified Level 3 Mat Pilates and Barre Concept teacher based in Fulham. Her aim as a teacher is to help as many people as possible to fall in love with the many benefits of movement . Her sessions are creative, dynamic and flowing so that your mind and body are challenged and connected. She has a fun and energetic teaching style catering for all ages and abilities. In her pilates sessions, you will learn how to have greater control and awareness of your body concentrating on strengthing your core stabilizing muscles and increasing flexibility and mobility. It is a great way to compliment sports training and when not at DanceWest, Allison also leads sessions at the Queen’s Club.

Tuesday Yoga (8.30-9.30am)

Immerse yourself with our revitalising Yoga sessions. Irrespective of whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, our adept instructors will adeptly guide you through various poses and breathing techniques, fostering mindfulness and suppleness.

Meet the teacher: Leading Yoga on a Tuesday is Hanna Wroblewski has 20 years of experience in Germany and the UK. Hanna has led Yoga classes for adults, children and teens. Hanna holds a BA hons in Dance Pedagogy, a Master in Fine Arts with Merit in Choreography and is a certified 300hr yoga teacher as well as an Anusara Elements Teacher. 

Wednesday Barre Fitness (8.30-9.30am)

Revel in the elegance and poise of ballet with a dash of fitness innovation. Our Ballet Barre sessions ingeniously merge traditional ballet techniques with elements of strength training, facilitating the development of elongated, toned muscles and enhanced posture.
