Our once a week dance classes are designed exclusively for adults who are ready to shake off stereotypes and make their mark on the dance floor. Whether you're an experienced dancer or a complete novice, our inclusive and supportive community will welcome you with open arms.

Footwear: Please bring shoes/trainers that are comfortable to move in. Some classes such as heels and tap might require to bring appropriate footwear.
Comfortable clothing: For our dance classes, we encourage everyone to wear what they feel the most comfortable to move in. We have changing rooms and showers on location.
Water bottle: It's important to stay hydrated during your classes so make sure you bring your water bottle. We have multiple water points in the building where you can have a refill. In case you'd forget, you can purchase water bottle
