Our dynamic adult class programme, designed to suit all fitness levels and preferences. Whether you're looking to strengthen your core, enhance flexibility, or enjoy a unique blend of Ballet and Fitness, our classes have something for everyone.

  • Classes start: Monday 8th September 2025

  • Last classes: w/c Monday 1st December 2025

  • Half term break (no classes): w/c Monday 27th October 2025

Monday Pilates (8.30-9.30am)
Strengthen your core, enhance flexibility, and attain optimal body alignment through our invigorating Pilates sessions. Led by seasoned certified instructors, these classes offer a harmonious blend of exercises that concentrate on control, precision, and graceful movement.

Tuesday Yoga (8.30-9.30am)
Immerse yourself with our revitalising Yoga sessions. Irrespective of whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, our adept instructors will adeptly guide you through various poses and breathing techniques, fostering mindfulness and suppleness.

Thursday Yoga (8.30-9.30am)
Strengthen your core, enhance flexibility, and attain optimal body alignment through our invigorating Pilates sessions. Led by seasoned certified instructors, these classes offer a harmonious blend of exercises that concentrate on control, precision, and graceful movement.

Venue: DanceWest studio, Sands End Arts & Community Centre, Peterborough Road SW6 3EZ

Price plans and packages:

  • 1 drop in class - £20.00 valid for any morning class

  • 12 class bundle - £180 (£15 per class) valid for any morning class

  • 6 class bundle - £108 (£18 per class) valid for any morning class

  • Adult’s 60+ participants are eligible for a 20% discount on all class passes

  • Once you have your class pass, you must book your space in the classes you wish to attend

Terms and conditions for booking 

  • Classes should ideally be booked at least 24 hours in advance, however, last-minute bookings can be made up until 1 minute before the class starts, subject to availability.

  • Class passes must be used within the block they were purchased. Passes purchased in the last half term of a block will have an extended validity of one additional half term into the next block.

  • Our programme operates in 12 week blocks across Jan-March, April-July and Sept-Dec. 

  • All classes are non-profit making, DanceWest registered charity supporting the community to be healthy and happy by participating in dance, health and wellbeing programmes.
