Rosie Whitney-Fish - Chief Executive & Founder
Rosie founded DanceWest in 2014 and is responsible for developing the non-profit which engages 30,000 people each year and operates across seven West London boroughs. DanceWest became a registered charity in 2018 and Rosie is responsible for the strategic operation of the organisation, the development, fundraising and artistic programming. Rosie is an entrepreneur with significant experience in developing strategies for local authorities, developing community programmes and leading programmes for housing associations and national arts organisations. She has a track record of successfully fundraising via the Arts Council England, Heritage Lottery Fund and charitable trusts.
Rosie works part-time for DanceWest and combines with producing and Fundraising for Dance for Yorke Dance Projects, Cohan Collective, Lea Anderson and Frantic Assembly.

Alice Roots - Producer
Alice brings over a decade of experience producing live performance and place-based practice across diverse settings, including hospitals, schools, arts organisations, community centres, community kitchens, and care homes. She has delivered projects for NHS Trusts, local government, education providers, and cultural institutions such as Somerset House and Southbank Centre, as well as charities including 240 Project and Crisis Christmas.
She is also co-founder and director of the performance company Figs in Wigs, which creates work blending dance, theatre, comedy, and live art for audiences of all ages. In this role, Alice has produced tours and delivered projects locally, nationally, and internationally, working with young people, older adults, and adults with learning disabilities.
Additionally, Alice produces for Byron Vincent, supporting projects such as Disco Neurotico, an inclusive club event for neurodivergent audiences that promotes creative health and social cohesion through dance.

Sarah Chaves - Receptionist and Administrator
Sarah brings extensive experience in operations, administration and client service. She has worked across consultancy, creative industries and hospitality.
Her expertise spans quality management and office operations, complemented by a strong commitment to community volunteering with organisations including Save the Children, Imperial Health and Creighton House in a long-term befriending service, to help to reduce isolation and loneliness for Hammersmith & Fulham residents. Sarah is fluent in both Portuguese and English.
