Mum's Movement Pilot!

Thursday 1 November 2018

We are delighted to announce a brand new programme. Combining dance, ballet and post-natal pilates, Mum’s Movement is for mothers and their babies (up to one-year old) during the postpartum recovery period. Supporting your body through rehabilitation and giving a safe workout, Mum’s Movement classes give mothers the opportunity and freedom to exercise in a baby-friendly environment.

Mums movement is a programme developed by DanceWest, West London Community Dance Organisation and Dance Artist Gemma Parrott, a dancer & mother who after the birth of her daughter couldn't find a class like this. See our Community Projects page for more details!
