Inclusive dance classes delivered every Monday, co-delivered by DanceWest & Action on Disability. We deliver Move-it Mondays at two venues Lyric Hammersmith and Caxton Youth Centre in Westminster. Monday's are boring lets dance!

Karl Morgan - Lead Move it Monday’s teacher

Karl has danced in many productions on stage and screen. These credits include: Cats at the New London Theatre, also a National Tour of the same production, and at the Operettenhaus, Hamburg Germany,the European tour of Song & Dance, and a National tour of Bolero with Sylvie Guillem, among others. Karl’s teaching experience includes working with Millennium Performing Arts, and the National Youth Theatre Young Offenders’ Programme, before starting his own business Movement Warriors with his partner. Karl is delighted that a successful collaboration with the BalletBoyz has recently led on to working on a project called Dance Together, which brings Karl and dance to the inclusive community in a unique and enriching way.


Mohammed Turay - Assistant Move it Monday’s teacher

Mo is an experienced youth worker with a passion for performing arts. He is a well-loved teaching assistant on the DanceWest Move It Mondays programme, as well as being a youth worker for Action on Disability and a drama teacher at Lyric Hammersmith. He is a teaching assistant in a West London primary school and a football coach. Mo is the assistant on DanceWest’s inclusive dance programme.
